A graduate of the Institute of Applied Psychology at Jagiellonian University. Certified Social Skills (TUS) and Anger Management Trainer. She has completed the basic course in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She specializes in working with children and adolescents experiencing difficulties in emotional regulation. Her experience includes supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum conditions. Academically, she is particularly interested in body-based techniques, such as meditation and Yoga Nidra, as tools for reducing anxiety and building psychological resilience. She believes that effective support is rooted in understanding the dynamics of the entire family system. By leveraging clients’ strengths, she helps them find solutions tailored to their individual needs and life circumstances.
